Before Niche accepts an assignment, we will have overall analysis of our client's organization climate, position objectives, job content and know how, preferred working experience, personal qualities and projected compensation package etc. We then start the process of targeting the industries and organizations based on the position specification and produce an exhaustive source list. After an extensive screening, contact and interviews will be conducted and then the scope is further narrowed down to a few candidates. At this stage, background research and analysis are carried out and individual curriculum and appraisal report of the recommended candidates will be presented to client. During the final stage of the process, Niche ensures close contact and thorough communication with both clients and candidates alike until such an employment offer is accepted or rejected.
